Materials Methods: This prospective was conducted ACS Medical College Hospital, Chennai. Twenty with moderate IDA (Hb: 7–9.9 g/dl) were included study. Blood samples collected before after treatment measure antioxidants such reduced glutathione, catalase superoxide dismutase, lipid peroxidation marker malondialdehyde. Results: In study, plasma malondialdehyde levels increased significantly sucrose. No significant alterations observed glutathione activities dismutase. Conclusion: infusion associated evidenced by antenatal Hence, during infusions considered.
